Digital service: nothing is shipped

Emaki is an online service. No physical goods are sold or shipped, and there are no shipping charges.

When you receive what you pay for

• Credit packs are activated immediately after a successful payment. Your balance updates on screen, and the purchase appears in your account's billing history, where you can download the invoice.
• Videos are made on your own device and saved straight to your Downloads folder. They are not stored by us or sent by email, so keep your own copy.

If something doesn't arrive

If your payment succeeded but your credits have not appeared within a few minutes, sign out and back in. If they still have not appeared, write to dzealai@gmail.com with the payment date and amount. We will activate them, or refund you as set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
