Refund & Cancellation Policy
Last updated: 28 September 2026
Emaki credit packs are digital credits for an online service. They are activated immediately after a successful payment (see our Delivery Policy).
1. Packs are non-refundable once activated
Once a pack is activated, the payment is non-refundable, including for unused or expired credits, dissatisfaction with results, or a purchase made by mistake. Please check the details on the Plans page before paying.
2. When we will refund
We will refund the full amount if:
- You were charged more than once for the same purchase (we refund every duplicate charge);
- You were charged but your credits were not activated, and we cannot activate them after you contact us; or
- a refund is otherwise required by law.
In the first two cases the error was ours, so we refund everything you were charged for that payment, including any payment gateway convenience fee.
3. Videos that fail because of us
If credits were used but your video or narration failed because of a fault on our side, tell us and we will restore the credits. This is a credit restoration, not a cash refund. Credits are not restored when a video is blocked for breaking our content rules.
4. How to request a refund
Email dzealai@gmail.com within 30 days of the payment, with your registered email, the payment date and amount, and the invoice number if available. Approved refunds are started within 7 business days to the original payment method. Your bank may take a few more business days to show the credit.
5. Cancellation
- Packs are one-time purchases and do not renew automatically, so there is nothing to cancel. A pack simply expires 90 days after purchase.
- A purchase cannot be cancelled after the credits are activated.
- If you delete your account, remaining credits are forfeited and not refunded.
6. If Emaki closes
We give at least 30 days' notice and keep the Service running until every pack bought before the notice has expired. If the Service must end earlier, we refund unused paid credits pro rata. See the Terms & Conditions, section 16.
7. Convenience fees, currency and bank charges
- Prices are in Indian rupees for customers billed in India and in US dollars elsewhere. Indian prices include GST.
- Razorpay may add a convenience fee. If it does, it is shown before you pay, is payable by you, and is not refundable except as described in section 2.
- Currency conversion or other charges from your bank or card provider are outside our control and not refundable by us.
