You are responsible for your videos

Emaki is a tool. The images, captions and narration in a video are chosen by you, and you are responsible for them and for how the video is used, shared or published. We do not review or approve the content of videos, and we are not responsible for it.

AI-generated voices

Narration is produced by computer-generated voices. They may mispronounce names, numbers, abbreviations or words in other languages, and may not match the tone you intend. Listen to your video before sharing it. Emaki's voices are synthetic and do not represent any real person.

Automated content checks

Emaki uses automated checks to block content that breaks our content rules. These checks can make mistakes in both directions: they may block acceptable content or miss prohibited content. They do not transfer responsibility for content to us.

No warranty

Videos are provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, including accuracy, quality, or fitness for a particular purpose. Results depend on your device and browser; some older devices or browsers may not be able to make videos, or may make them slowly.

Other platforms

Websites and apps where you share videos, such as YouTube, Instagram or WhatsApp, have their own rules and may compress or reject videos. We have no control over them.

Keep your own copies

Videos are made on your device and are never stored by us. If you lose a video, we cannot recover it.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability for any loss, damage or harm arising from the use of Emaki or of videos made with it.
